rather than bore the community, I'll let you know this:

• It's right by Porter (3-5m walk to Porter, a 5-7m walk up Elm to Davis).
• It costs $633 a month, plus a third of electric, gas and cable (we have a wireless network)
• We're 36 and 40. We'd like someone late twenties or older, and who wants to stay a while, not a habitual room hopper.
