2 mature and professional guys - 30somethings - looking for mature 3rd roommate. We are both professionals and would like similar , but grad and PhD students will work too.

Rent is a nutty $520 (and it's really in the Sq - maybe 3 mins to the T. We can hear the Thursday night movies from our front porch)
