Wainwright Bank

Can anyone share their experiences with Wainwright Bank, good/bad/indifferent/etc.?

I just opened a new checking account with them about six weeks ago and so far they have managed to screw it up in quite a few ways. It's really getting irritating. I love the idea of a green, socially responsible, involved-in-the-community bank, but I also really need it to be, you know, a competently functioning bank.

Thoughts?

The answer I got was "storage requirements", which seemed kind of silly, but apparently they couldn't get more storage at the time quickly enough to meet the launch date, or something like that. Anyway, they know it's a problem - I've made sure of that - and they do plan to fix it. How soon they'll fix it probably depends on how many customers tell them they care. Have you told them? Not just tell a teller, but probe enough with someone to make sure they pass your comment on to the online banking people.
