Experiences with Arbella insurance?

I'm about to buy a house, and I need insurance. I've got a quote from Arbella, a local company, that is much better than my other quotes. Has anyone worked with them? Any brickbats or bouquets?

I've had Arbella for renter's insurance for almost seven years, and then as condo insurance since April. I've never had to make a claim, but their service has always been great with changing addresses, etc.

my family have had them for years and weve been very happy. Might I recommend Risman Insurance agency in Medford...

the only thing i hear is, mechanics dont like dealing with them for auto repairs. they require a bit more paperwork i guess, but on my end ive always been satisfied.

Arbella does my car insurance and I love them.
