Redbones Phone system

It is entirely possible that I am telephone-ly challenged, but has anyone else noticed that Redbones seems to have a new phone system that is difficult to use?  
I have called the number that is all over their site and I always seem to be transferred around and disconnected / put on hold indefinitely.  
Do they have a dedicated number for delivery service?  I have always dialed the 2200 number, is this incorrect?

Other times I have run into this problem I have just walked over and ordered takeout, but I am working on a project and I don't really have time for a field trip.  (Oh well no BBQ goodness for me tonight.)

Please let me know if someone else has had difficulty, I need reassurance I am not the only one  :)

Yeah, that happened to me, actually (told I was being transferred, it made some weird sounds and then disconnected me), though when I called back it was fine.

Their phone system is needlessly (and I can only assume deliberately) arcane.

I don't know about a new system, but every once in a while we would look at one of the delivery menus they hand out at the T, thinking "mmmm, Redbones" and give them a call. Then we would end up in a voice mail box that was full. We would end up with Chinese for the night.

Happened to us the other night, no option to just get delivery and multiple holds :(

I recently called and discovered that their "takeout" option is what you need to select for delivery, and if you listen to the entire phone menu, you do not get the "press this number to repeat this menu" option that most have. But I didn't end up on hold or disconnected.
