Yet another question about snow/winter/parking...

I live near ball square in an odd no man's land between Medford and Somerville. I am a resident of neither (by choice) and I generally don't have too much trouble finding street parking.. unless it snows..

Does anyone know of a place where there is overnight parking for non residents in this area during snow season? In the past I used to just park my car in alewife overnight, but they aren't currently allowing this due to construction..

What about the Tufts parking garage? Can you park there overnight? I know it is open to the public.

That was going to be my suggestion. You should call and ask in a non-direct way -- "oh I'm a student and I'll be working late on campus...will you tow my car or can I leave it?"
