Apartment Available Jan 1st

My old room in my last apartment is still available, and I'd like to get someone in there for Jan 1st or as soon into January as possible! (I'm still on the lease at the moment, and would prefer to not have to cover January rent there as well as rent in my new place!)

1BR in a 2BR/1BA apartment. First floor of a multi-family house (2nd and 3rd floor are all one unit, and the neighbors who live there are laid back and pretty quiet) located about three blocks from Tufts at Medford Hillside. It's a good sized room with a small closet, as well as a walk-in closet/storage area. Shared living room/kitchen/bathroom with the other roommate, and washer and dryer in the basement.

$625/month with $625 last month rent required on move-in.
Utilities (gas, electric, cable, internet) shared between two roommates. As expected around here, bills get a little higher in the Winter, but end up being very cheap in the warmer months. Heating runs off a digital thermostat with timers to keep the heat down when people aren't home, so that helps a lot.

On street permit parking in front of the house, or non-permit just around the corner . Two blocks to the 80/94 bus or 3 blocks to 80/94/96 stop at Medford Hillside. About a 15-20 minute walk to Davis Square.

32yo professional female who works regular week hours. I am fun and laid back and fairly neat, though sometimes cluttery.
Who you should be:
I would prefer a female 25-35, but that being said, I am always willing to meet others, as I have had great male rommies in the past. You should be clean and willing to do your share of the chores, (ie take turns w/ dishes, cleaning common areas including the bathroom, etc.)laid back, fun, and GLBT friendly. I am looking for someone who is also open to hang out, but still has their own hobbies.

I removed the "accommodations" tag because that's really for hotels, bed & breakfast, and the like. (Maybe it needs a better name.)

Maybe we should rename that tag "temporary accomodations" to help clarify it? Or "temporary lodging"?

Heh! It's all good. Even if I don't get bites on the apartment, I've helped to clean up at least one community tag! :)
