Ball Square bowling?

Does anybody know whats up with the little bowling place in Ball Square?  I looked in the window, and everything is still set up, but is it ever open?

Comparing Ron's map against Google Earth, sounds like the 664 SF listed for a vacant parcel could be that sliver of land north of Broadway to the city line. Looks like it could be 13 x 50 feet.

This would stick it in Medford...raising questions of why this place isn't on the books...hmmm_hmmm_hmmm
