Hullo all.

I'm (relatively) new to the area and I need some help.

I've decided that I need to get a tattoo on my arm covered over. The reason for the tattoo has died out and I just don't want the reminder anymore. Can anyone recommend a good place for me to do this?

I'm hoping for someone who will help me with the design and is very clean. (I'm diabetic and so I have to be extra cautious about that.)

If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

fwiw, i'd take all the recommendations with a grain of salt and then go look at the artist's books to see what hits you most.
