globe direct fliers

I would so love to stop getting those ad fliers from the Globe Direct delivered to my house every week (you know, the ones with the weekly shaw's and michael's ads) but I can't find any info online about how to stop it. Every time i see it now i just picture all the copies of it that end up in the trash. Has anyone had success in getting off their mailing list?

Could you post the number, if you have it? I don't want to have to remember to scrounge for the postcard next time I get this (stupid, wasteful) circular. Thanks!
