Date: 2004-05-10 05:27 am (UTC)Problem is there is no parking in that area, and lots of people in the adjoining neighborhood (behind the former CVS) gravitate to Davis (they walk there for the T, meet friends at one of the bars or coffee houses that way, etc.).
My suggestion is to advertise, and find all available public parking and include that in your ads. It helps that you have premium coffee. Maybe bring some free coffee to some key areas nearby to hook people in?
