I am starting a very small landscaping business in Somerville that is going to provide service to Condo Associations and homeowners who want low cost landscaping for their property in the Somerville area. I offer mowing, shrub trimming, edging, mulching, planting and cleanup. I am very neat with my work and knowledgeable about landscaping, plantings, and light hard-scaping (flower beds, small walls). My landlord is looking for help with our miserable back yard, which can't grow grass because it's in total shade. He doesn't have much money to work with, though. Are there grass-alternatives you could do? (the front yard is all set -- it's my wildflower garden).

I'm on the board of our condo association and just noticed a few loose brick pavers on our steps. Do you do this type of repair?
