Yes, and delicious healthy food, and really nice people who work there, and often play good & new music, and colours, and art, and couches, and a cupboard of board games. and the best raspberry lime rickeys evar.

They have 2 in the middle. and it's actually pretty dangerous. You really take your life in your hands if you are reading in that area... Get a pool cue to the head.

Diesel, because they actually know what they are doing. I'm not a huge fan of their drip coffee though which is what I mostly get in terms of coffee products. I've heard that I should try True Grounds but I'm not sure exactly where it is.

I'd heard that Someday was awesome. I'm sad it was gone before I moved here.

I spend far more time at TGs than at all the others put together. On the other hand, Zing's unsweetened iced mocha is probably my single favorite coffee drink in the area.

Yeah, I like Diesel for their atmosphere, community, pool tables, and salads. But their coffee is awful. Blech! I'd rather just hand them $3 in "table rent".

I'm not a coffee drinker anyway. They have yummy Wu Wei tea though.

I don't drink coffee! ha!

but Christ on a bike, I hate Diesel. It seems way overpriced to me, and every time I've been there it's been full of assholes both in front of and behind the counter. meh.

Oh, AMEN.

I voted for Dunkin Donuts. It's cheap, it's relatively palatable and it's without pretntion. After all, all I really want is a fucking cup of coffee. I don't care who picked it. I want it to be reasonably priced. I want to not have to wait in line around a bunch of yuppies pretending to be all literary or artistic. I don't give a shit if it's part of a community feel.

It's just coffee. >: D

exactly! I want my coffee without waiting forever. funny though that it seems that people with jobs prefer Dunkin, while poor students seem to gravitate towards the more expensive stuff. I guess the difference being between those just looking for coffee and those looking to be seen having coffee/hanging out for hours on end.

Except I like coffee that doesn't make me feel like spitting it out.
