Since my tenants decided that actually telling me their plans before the mandatory 30 day notice period was way too much coordination on their part (and I had to drag it out of them to boot), I have a huge apartment available almost right away. Like most of the homes in the area, it's a Philadelphia style house and you would get most of the top 2 floors plus tandem parking in the driveway.

I live on the 1st floor and will stay as far away from you as the restraining order requires.

I tried to find a link myself without much success.

A very high percentage of the houses around Davis are Philadelphia style and some entire streets are nothing but, only having minor outside differences.

Basic design:

3 floors
2 units

1st floor unit has 1 room connected by a stairway on the second floor

2nd floor unit includes the remainder of the second floor (usually 1 bedroom on that floor) and the rest of the 3rd floor (3 or 4 bedrooms)

Lots of the buildings around here have been split into 3 units with the stairway from the 1st floor unit to the 2nd floor bedroom closed off.

It's really tough to describe, but easy to find around here.

It means you're either in the ground floor apartment, which has a random mystery bedroom on the second floor, or you're in the 2nd/3rd floor apartment, which is very large and spacious. Many of the houses in the Teele Square area have this setup, and it also usually includes a large number of windows, nice porches on the 1st and second floor, and the same room layout as all your neighbors :)
I lived in the bottom of a Philly-style for 5 years, and loved it. So much sunshine!
