According to the print edition of yesterday's Somerville News, the owners of the 255 Elm Street building have obtained an entertainment license to reopen the former Jimmy Tingle theatre. The article is not online and does not provide much detail.
The News article says that the owners' names are Robert and Micah Goren, but the sign on the front says GORIN BUILDING.
