lemon balm free to good home

alright, any home :)

I have tons of lemon balm that has reseeded in my yard that I'll be pulling if no one wants it. if you want a clump, i'd be happy to dig some up for you. if you don't want a plant but have a use for some, i'll hack a bunch off the huge mother plant.

OK, what is lemon balm? Apply it to bruised lemons? Does it work on limes? Star fruit?

hehe.
it's an herb in the mint family. it smells like lemony mint. it's very easy to grow. you can use it in cooking, tea, for medicinal purposes, or just to make your garden smell nice. it flowers mid summer.

Well, I remember it from when I was a kid. We had a big butcher block table and lots of lemon balm outside. In the summer, they'd send the kids out to collect lemon balm and rub it into the dinner table to make it smell nice. It was fun! I don't think I'd eat it though.
