Anyone have an idea of where one could go to watch the debate tonight? Immediate Davis Sq. location preferred.

From BarackObama.com: Here's a list of today's events, in order of increasing distance from 02144.

If you want to watch it in a bar tonight, your best bets appear to be Precinct in Union Square or Uno Chicago Grill in Harvard Square. There's also this house party on Orchard Street.

Also, JFK School of Government at Harvard is not a bar, but might be a fun place to atch the debate. The page says "Snacks and Beverages will be Served". Don't know if that includes alcoholic beverages.

It's now after the debate but I just watched at Mike's. About half the restaurant was glued. I'd recommend it for debate numbers two and three or the VP debate next week.

Only problem with that is, what if it's at the same time as a Sox playoff game?

There shouldn't be stupid games on

at the same time Presidential or VP debates are on. Period.

No worries

The "stupid game" will not be on that night anyway. The first two playoff games are Wednesday and Friday in Anaheim. Mike's should be a-okay for debate viewing!

GO SOX! Errr, go debates?
