Hair Salon?

My friend and I are need of haircuts this weekend, preferably tonight. I know, I know, last minute.

My friend usually goes to Salonika or Amal Niccoli but after Googling to get their number I found this very recent list, http://www.mass.gov/dpl/consumer/press2004/hd063004.htm, and am now wary of going to either considering they had violations (don't know what they are but..)

Does any one have a good place to go in the Somerville or Cambridge area?

Ditto. I was *just* at Salonika about a week ago. I had a FANTASTIC experience so I'm wondering what exactly is wrong.

I actually just snuck the question in to conversation to Amal Niccoli because I was able to further research the violation. The receptionist said it was something about neck brushes and not a big deal. So as the other poster said, all in our comfort level.
