BBQ/grill catering
Jul. 12th, 2004 04:34 pmi'm looking for a caterer of a less-formal sort. i'm looking for the sort of guy who shows up with an eight foot long grill and an assistant, big piles of marinated meat and vegetables and such, and grills it all up for a big horde of hungry people. i've seen this done out in the country, but have no idea where to start looking around here!
if you've had any experience with this, or know of a friend of a friend who does, i'd love to get some leads to follow up on!
thanks very much! :-)

And I'm headed there in about two hours for dinner. Meat. You are what you eat, and I'm made of meat.
Yum.
