Anyone have any experience?
There's a nice 2 bedroom in Davis (and a 3 bedroom near Dali) that my Fiancee and I looked at today. However, the current tenant was less-than-thrilled and discouraged us, so I'm looking for opinions.

As a management company or as a realtor?

As realtors, they're pretty standard. No unusual services, no unusual problems, the usual exorbitant fee. I had some huge problems with the first apartment I found through them but it wasn't anything under their control.

As a management company they've been unobtrusive in general, but were somewhat unresponsive to some maintenance problems - it took more than a month of repeated complaints to get a working key to my mailbox. Oh, and they failed to provide one of the receipts required for a security deposit and ignored a written request for it, which I believe means I could technically have gotten my security deposit back then and there had I felt like pursuing it.

So far I haven't needed anything major from them. Most of the time they do their thing and I do mine.

I'm not annoyed with them to move out, if that means anything.
