Snow emergency lifted

davis_squareDidn't see it posted anywhere, but today (Monday) as of 8am, the snow emergency was lifted.
Also, on my way home from work tonight, over on Linden and Summer Streets, I saw a Somerville PD ticketing cars that were not brushed off/shoveled out. I thought there was a 3 day grace period from the end of the snow emergency being lifted?
