another provocative question--

does anyone know anything about the mentally ill guy that hangs around powderhouse square? usually asks for a cigarette and goes into a litany that references st. teresa and always ends in 'peace'.....?

I know the guy you mean. Generally, yes, he's mostly harmless. Occasionally, he's having an off day and being more verbally hauranging than usual. Give him a bit of a berth on those days, or tell him directly "Not today". He is usually responsive to that. But as to his name or his history, I don't know it.
