Really good seamstress in the area?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a seamstress to make the dress I have in my head for me.  Has anyone had good experience with any locals in making a garment start to finish, from a description and/or pictures from you?

G and T Tailoring in Union Square made my wedding dress, and I was thrilled. That said, it was a simple day dress, just made out of silver dupioni silk. But they were making more traditional wedding dresses for other customers at the same time, so.
