Request For Appetizers

Listen up kids-

I'm having my housewarming tomorrow- I know you all make delicious food in the privacy of your own home, and tossed a party or two- can any of you hook me with delicious appetizer style recipes? It's catering by moi- and I'm kitchen impaired on occasion- so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Spinach Artichoke Dip!

> 1/2 cup Romano (or Parmesan) cheese, grated
> 1 clove garlic
> 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
> squeezed dry
> 1 10 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts, thawed, chopped
> 1 8 oz. container cream cheese, plain or garlic chive flavored
> 2 large eggs
> 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

> Heat over to 375 degrees. Put romano cheese in food
> processor and turn on. Drop garlic through feed tube
> to mince. Stop machine and add all other ingredients
> except chopped artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese.
> Process until blended. Turn into a medium bowl and
> fold in artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese.
> Transfer to a 2-3 cup baking dish and bake for about
> 20-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
