Request For Appetizers

Listen up kids-

I'm having my housewarming tomorrow- I know you all make delicious food in the privacy of your own home, and tossed a party or two- can any of you hook me with delicious appetizer style recipes? It's catering by moi- and I'm kitchen impaired on occasion- so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cut 4 portobello tops into 1/2 inch slices, marinate them for a few hours in 1/4-1/3 cup olive oil, 4-6 garlic cloves (minced), and some chopped fresh basil. Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar if you like. Fire these up either on the grill directly or wrapped in aluminum foil. Serve alondside the fresh mozarella/tomato slices that have become so popular.
