I use them for cleaning and tailoring. They've always been really friendly and reliable, if not the quickest. They don't hesitate to go back and redo something if you don't like it (but they have never messed anything up -- just something I wanted a little shorter). I was afraid to go there because it's a small place, but I think the personal service is what makes it great.
I haven't been to any of them but I spend a lot of time in Porter and see the staff behind the Zoots counter talking on their cell phones and texting withwhile customers are at the counter. That's not to say the customers aren't waiting to pick up something that isn't ready yet but still.
Maybe, but people type these tags in. So I prefer not to have really long multi-word ones if I can avoid them. I wish LJ had 'alias' tags (sorta like Unix symlinks)
