Green Tomato II - For Lease/Sale Sign Is Up

Looks like Green Tomato II is following O'Naturals and Boloco out of that Elm Street location - this one didn't even last a year.

A diner would be great, and I think, if it could actually be open diner hours, would even do well in that location.
