Huge 3BR for Sept rent in Winter Hill

Hey guys - if anyone's looking for a huge 3BR apartment just a bit outside of Davis Square, our landlady is looking to rent our current place starting next September (although we'd be willing to work something out, if someone needs to move in a little earlier). The second floor apartment is in the Winter Hill area, literally right around the corner from a bus stop on Broadway to both Davis and Sullivan. It's insanely large for the price - 3 bedrooms (2 large-sized, 1 smaller), big dining and living room with built-in book cabinets, super-sunny extra room with french doors, two separate porches, eat-in kitchen, and an entire downstairs for basement storage. Everything is hardwood floors with the original woodwork and tons of windows. The landlady herself is incredibly nice, and while the house is not owner occupied, she lives nearby and has always been very accessible to us. Pet-friendly too.

Why is it listed as a 4br in the craigslist ad?

I'm guessing it's a typo in the ad since the header says 3 bedroom as well.

Yeah probably a typo I'd think, although I suppose the extra room could technically be used as an extremely small fourth bedroom for a single if someone was desperate. Personally I think it works much better as a sunroom or breezeway though, since the entire thing is lined with 7 windows.

Specifically, around the corner from both the 101 and 89, and a five minute walk to the 95. Sullivan is on the outer edge of walkable but would be a nice bike ride I'd think.
