Wow its worse than I thought. I my experience you could get them if you showed a driver's license and a utility bill (good luck of your license has not been changed to your new address yet, which frequently happens when you don't drive) and a little determination. I didn't know that sometimes they plain didn't have them at all even in a stingy manner.

I'd be happy to pay for these (either to Somerville or the Home Depot) if I could have a bigger one with a lid.
