Are you sharing a personal experience or is there a change in the recycling bins they hand out at Franey Road.

For the records, I'm frustrated that the bins don't have lids (way to invite pests), that they are stingy with the recycling bins (you have to pry them out of the attendant's hands-obviously someone's training her to guard them closely-are people selling them or something?) that things have to be sorted and that they are small. I think everyone should get a bin on wheels with a flip lid attached to it, but I guess only building 6 units or more get those?
