DAVIS SQUARE ISSUES 8:05-9 p.m**
3. Licensing – representatives of three of the four restaurants granted full liquor licenses for Davis Square in August will make brief presentations (Snappy Sushi, Taipei Tokyo, Out of the Blue); the fourth (Flatbread Co.) has appeared twice previously; Adam Dash, Esq. will present an applicant for a fifth full liquor license for a gourmet oven-made pizza establishment at 187 Elm (Green Tomato site).
4. Development —Adam Dash will present a proposal by the new owner of 212 Elm Street (Citizens Bank Building) for two ground floor tenants requiring zoning relief for an entrance on the Bowers St. side of the building (one tenant is a national chain office supply store, the other is not yet determined).
5. Ward Alderman’s Report—Rebekah Gewirtz
Possible topics: Joint aldermanic committees meeting with Monica Lamboy on long-term planning process
Staffed neighborhood visioning process
Traffic and parking, hotel, development, policing, meal tax, other
