New Restaurant in Carberrys/O'Naturals/Boloco/Green Tomato space?

Does anyone have details on the "gourmet oven-made pizza establishment" that is going in on Elm Street, replacing Green Tomato 2? Obvious doubts about the viability of that space aside, I am excited about some new pizza choices in Davis (along with Flatbread in the Sacco's space and Zing over in Porter).

Nah. If you've lived here for 20+ years, the original Steve's Ice Cream is its natural state. It didn't use to be a doom-spot until after Carberry's--Steve's was there for more than a decade and then Carberry's was there for years and years.

I remember Carberry's opening and then closing, so not exactly years and years :p Though definitely longer than any place since.
