xmas day dinner?

this year my in-laws feel lazy, so we are planning to stay at my place or in the area on the 25th, maybe go out for dinner and a movie.

anyone know of any local restaurants that will be open? howzabout places that deliver in davis on that day?

happy day-when-most-businesses-are-closed to everyone :)


ETA thanks for everyone's advice! it turns out we are also having an out-of-town guest who loves clam chowder, so we're going all the way to kendall for legal seafood, which also happens to be open :)

Yeah, working on Christmas Day -- the movie theater opened late, at 4pm instead of noon -- was... chaotic. Much more so than any other weekday, and busier than most non-holiday weekends as well, when I did it in the Midwest about 6 years ago.
