FREE Home Ownership Workshop

Make the most of your biggest investment, whether it is a condo, single-family, or multi-family.  The Home Ownership Workshop offers existing and prospective home owners the information you need to prevent costly surprises and properly maintain your home. By following the steps outlined in this one-hour course (followed by an optional 30-minute Q&A session), you will have the tools you need to maximize the enjoyment and value of your home.

The workshop will take place on Monday, January 11th at 7:00 PM in the private screening room at the Somerville Theatre.  It will be conducted by Thalia Tringo, Realtor® and Vice President with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and Lars Unhjem, Manager of Filigree Property Management(SM).

Although there is no charge for the workshop, we encourage you to bring canned goods or other non-perishable food items for the Somerville Homeless Coalition.  Thank you.

I hope you have some guns to protect your land when the baddies come and the sheriff is 100 miles away...

"HELP US REACH OUR GOAL OF RAISING FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS"

Here is an idea: get a job, raise 5K (does not seem that hard), then use it for your project. Why do you need to beg? Aren't you able to work and raise 5K???

oh yeah, jobs are good fundraisers. that's why we have them. but every penny we get from any source can be used. we're looking right now to go down with a minimum of $8000, but the more capital we raise, the more we can do.

Does anybody care if you camp on somebody else's land there? I mean, you were scammed, obviously.
