lost external hard drive!

i feel like crying.

I lost my external hard drive Thursday night around 10:30pm somewhere between Diesel (maybe in Diesel?) and Tufts University.

I am going to call Diesel in the morning, but if anyone has seen a hard drive in a black case with a white USB cable, please tell me.

The external is filled with lots of music that is very valuable to me and pictures. (Although if you find it please feel free to take any of the music...)

Last night, while walking across Davis at about 9:30 pm, I was in the median with the compass, across from Mike's, when I saw a pair of pink and black platform shoes, positioned like they were waiting to cross the street towards the sewing store. They were great shoes, and clearly placed with some intention...later, after dinner at Namaskar, I walked back down towards Mike's and saw a single black flat on the curb. Oh, and the platforms were gone. Someone had to have picked them up.
Raining shoes? Anyone know what was up?
It was really funny, and piqued my curiosity...
