looking for an art studio to rent for one night

Hello all,

This is an odd request, but I'm looking for a space to host a birthday party. I was thinking of an artist's studio, with space to set up a couple of easels and acrylic paints for collaborative paintings by the guests. Other needs would be electrical outlets (music), possibly a refrigerator, bathrooms, and enough space for about 30 folks to move about freely. I'd like to do this either Friday, 5/26 or Saturday 5/27, in the evening.

Any leads?

In case you're wondering what all of the construction hub-bub is about where the old Sauce used to be, I can fill you in.... it's being revamped into:

Anyway, its grand opening is on Monday, April 3rd. You can check up on it on their website 400highland.com

I know the guys running the place, and it's going to be great. The new chef is imported to Boston from California, and is amazing.
