Roofer Recommendations?

We need a leak repaired in our roof and we were wondering if anyone here had a roofer who was prompt and did a good job. The last two we dealt with never even delivered a contract and kept us waiting. Thanks!

A DPW crew came to my street today and planted a little baby tree. This made me curious: how do they decide where and when to plant new trees? Anyone know?
