I'm selling some of the contents of our spare room, in the hopes that someone can use them rather than just bringing them to Best Buy recycling. Prices pretty seriously negotiable.

(I'm actually in Porter - hope it's ok for me to post this here)

Also, I was wondering if anyone could recommend an ice cream/frozen yogurt place with a good selection of sugar-free ice cream in Somerville or Cambridge. Most places I've been to always seem to have just one flavor at a time, if any.

Henry Bear's Park is opening a store where Corners, the framing place, used to be in Porter Square.

The Somerville Chamber of Commerce has just posted a notice regarding some rather strident rule changes apparently implemented by the Traffic and Parking Commission last Thursday. There's no effective date as of yet, nor any official announcement from the City, although these items are all on the official agenda from last Thursday's meeting.
Details below... )

Anyone know of a place in Somerville (or Cambridge) that carries non-bleached, organic, cotton stuffing, in small quantities (I don't need to stuff a couch or anything, just some small stuffed critters)?

A C Moore seems possible, but I'd prefer to buy local, as they say. And I know there are a few specialty crafty/yarn/sewing shops in the area...

Just wanted to give a heads up that my neighbor noticed my bulkhead was opened a few nights ago. Looks like either someone scoping out my place for weak points of entry or (hopefully) just some stupid kids screwing around.

My apartment is close to the Somerville Theater.

Sucks. I hate feeling like this.
