Does anyone have details on the "gourmet oven-made pizza establishment" that is going in on Elm Street, replacing Green Tomato 2? Obvious doubts about the viability of that space aside, I am excited about some new pizza choices in Davis (along with Flatbread in the Sacco's space and Zing over in Porter).

I tried to make my own using dry yeast and that went badly... but I think if it was already right and I just had to keep it alive, I could do that.

I have a car and am willing to drive quite a ways -- an hour or so -- so you could define "locally" in a very broad sense. All the online places seem to be out of Kentucky or N.C.
