Hi, I am moving out and need to sublet my large master bedroom in a 2-bedroom Somerville apartment.

Rent:
$800/month
Move anytime in March. You would be taking over my lease, which runs through August 31, 2010, at which point you would have the option to renew.

Room:
Large master bedroom -- fits queen bed, chair and dresser. Would be great for a single person or a couple.
Has own thermostat
Large closet in bedroom
Extra room off the back of the bedroom, which also has a large closet. I use the extra room as an office.

Apartment:
First floor 2-bedroom/1 bath of 2-story house in Somerville, near Tufts
Living room, full dining room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, porch and backyard, laundry room
Has dishwasher, A/C, garage, and FREE washer/dryer in unit
Cat friendly

Transportation:
1 mile to Davis Square T station
3 blocks from 80/94 buses to Davis and Harvard Square
Close to Alewife Brook Parkway, I-93 and Route 2
Permit (easy) street parking
Shared driveway (swap every other month with upstairs neighbors)

Neighborhood:
Quiet, residential street
5-minute drive to Whole Foods and Foodmaster
Walking distance to Tufts University

Roommate:
Professional 20-something woman with a friendly cat

Tufts Spending Study - No-Debt and High-Debt Participants Wanted - $150

Hi all-

Thanks for the great response to our last study recruitment posting.  We are now opening up participation to people who have both no/low-credit card debt (i.e., <$200), as well as high-debt.  Details below!

Does the current economy have you re-examining your personal finances?  Are you interested in learning more about how you spend and save?

Tufts University researchers are seeking individuals to participate in a 3-month study investigating how people monitor and understand their spending.  Participants will be compensated $150 over the course of the study and receive training with a spending management tool.

Participants must:
- be over 18 years of age
- have a stable income
- carry either LESS than $200 or MORE than $2000 in credit card debt
- have regular access to the Internet and be able to come to the Tufts Medford campus once a month.

I'm looking for a guitarist to play for an event I'm planning at the Courtyard Marriott in Fitchburg, MA on Friday, May 14th from 8pm-10pm. (Sorry, I know this gig isn't in Davis Square, but we have good music here, so it seemed a good place to start looking).

It's a meet and greet for children's book writers, so we're looking for some music to make people feel relaxed, yet not something so loud that people can't talk. We're looking at multiple options to try to figure out who might be the best fit for our event so demo tracks would be very helpful! If you know of someone, please email me! Or if you are a guitarist, please send your rates along with demo if available.
