In an attempt to get more people to try their new(ish) chocolate line, Emack & Bolio's is offering their $30 box of chocolates for $15. You need to select a location to purchase the box at; for those of us in Davis Square, the 'relevant' location is the one on White St. next to Healthworks.

(Sorta disclaimer: I have no idea if that link has my referral code; it looks different from other links, but I'm packing and don't have time to bother figuring it out. MOVING TOMORROW!)

Hello all!  I posted these on craigslist, but thought I'd give it a shot here as well.  I have 2 Tickets to the musical Wicked.  September 18th at 8pm- the tickets are Orchestra Right, Row X, Seats 50 and 52. Selling for face value of $115 each, although at this point I would entertain your best offer. I bought the tickets as a gift for my parents and unfortunately my mom has had heart surgery and cannot attend (she's doing fine, just can't travel now). Please help me find a good home for them!  Email me at kaustin2010 AT gmail DOT com if you're interested.  Thanks!

Hi DSLJers!

I have a couch I need to get rid of. It's an Ikea Klippan, like the one seen here: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S79861261

The original upholstery is the Alme Natural. It came to us used with some minor staining, so we bought a Granan Red cover for it, as seen here: http://www.ikea.com/PIAimages/17980_PE102594_S3.jpg

The couch is free, but I would like $30 for the cover, as it was bought brand new one month ago. If you don't want the cover, I'm ok with that. I have another Klippan loveseat, and I wouldn't mind having a backup cover.

DISCLAIMER: The loveseat has some structural damage inside one of the couch arms. Someone sat on the arm at a party and cracked the wood inside. Cosmetically, this has had no effect. However, the arm is now a little "smooshy" to the touch, and it wouldn't be safe for someone to put a significant amount of weight on it. It works fine as an armrest, and hasn't impacted the comfort or aesthetic of the couch.

The slight staining and the damage are the reason for its lack of price. I still find it a really comfortable couch, and I think it looks quite nice with the cover on.

I would actually keep it, except we ended up with one more large furniture piece than our new living can comfortably hold.

I will not put this couch on the curb until I'm sure it's unwanted garbage. If it ends up going to a new home, I want it to get there without getting bugs.

If you comment on this post with interest, I'll PM you and we can set up details. First person who can physically get here gets it, unless you have a mobility issue. I will hold for someone who expresses interest but has a health issue that delays their ability to get to my house.

I can't deliver under any circumstances, I have no license.

I've seen a lot of threads on dentists, but a search brings up nothing recent on orthodontists (and the thread from 3 years ago didn't actually have any recommendations).

I just acquired a 14yo who needs braces. He has MassHealth Standard insurance. Participating dentists in the area include Robert Petrosino and Afsaneh Samadani at Cambridge Orthodontics between Harvard & Porter Squares, and Mohamed Butt on Summer St near Davis.

Does anyone know anything about any of these? (From a professional standpoint - not the Dr. Butt/developer feud! When I mapped his office I realized why that name sounded familiar.)
