Anyone have Warren Miller tickets for Thurs 11/10 @ 10pm that they'd be willing to swap for the 7pm showing? I bought tickets and now can't make it to the 7pm show.

Missing cat, Ball Square - ETA: FOUND!

ETA 11/12: Great news - Marbles has been found! He was stuck in a basement a few houses away from home and has been reunited with his family. Thanks everyone for keeping your eyes out for him!


Some friends of mine are missing their 12 year old cat, Marbles. He's a longish haired white cat with a bushy orange tail. Missing from the Ball Square area as of this weekend.

Day Street is closed

Day Street is currently closed to traffic from Orchard to Herbert. NSTAR is doing some work and they're digging up the pavement. As of half an hour ago there were no policemen directing traffic. Heads up, my mother in law just had to drive the wrong way down the street to get to our driveway.

They claim work will be finished by tonight, so most commuters should be fine, thankfully.

Free Sofa

Purchased from Jordan's in 2002. It has some stains associated with a 1 year old and general wear from being a 9 year old sofa. Could use a slipcover or reupholstering. It measures about 86" long, outside armrest to outside armrest. It's about 38" deep and 31" tall (including the feet).
