Tip of the hat to Watertown Supply for helping me try a cheap fix, and then when that didn't work, having my part in stock and it'll be here Tuesday. They aren't plumbers, but instead a parts warehouse, but I'd been looking for this part unsuccessfully for a long time. Susan C. remembered me from when she'd given me the "save money" advice six weeks ago and e-mailed my receipt as we spoke. She was obviously experienced with the product, too.

Recommendations for real estate lawyers?

I posted a comment related to an earlier posting I made about an issue I'm having with my landlord, but I thought I might have a better chance getting some recommendations with an entirely new post (plus maybe this might be more beneficial to other people with similar issues).

Does anyone have a recommendation for a real estate lawyer, preferably one who deals with resolving landlord / tenant disputes?  I've looked a little bit online, but it would be great to get a more personal recommendation.  It would be nice if they were in the Somerville / Cambridge area.
