Movers for a SMALL Job

I know there are lots of moving posts, but they all seem to be about larger moves.
I'm moving from Somerville to Medford at the end of the month a grand total of about a mile - I have my bedroom furniture, a few other small pieces of furniture (small bookcase, filing cabinet), a bunch of boxes, and an aquarium (that I'm mostly taking apart myself - I just need someone to carry it out of this apartment and into the new one). I've found that most movers won't do jobs of under 4 hours. When I moved from Waltham to here, it took the movers a total of about an hour and a half - and that was including the drive. I had wonderful movers before but I can't find their name or number for the life of me!
Before you suggest it - I really can't orchestrate the move on my own. I'm recovering from chemo and don't have the strength to move most of my boxes, much less furniture. I'd rather hire professionals and not absolutely decimate friendships. That said, cost is also important. I believe last time the straight cost was under $200, plus tip for the two man crew. In my ideal world, I would keep the cost around there.
Thanks!
