Free stuff on Rice Street in Cambridge

As of now, if you walk down Rice St. almost to the end, you'll find some nice blue plates, a red Ikea end table on casters, a box of tapes and magazines (including a lot of old Punk Planets), some shoes, a two-way window fan, and some other stuff. All free on the right-hand sidewalk.

Free Ikea sofabed

Lots of last minute moving action happening over on Rice St... I have a five year old Ikea Beddinge foldout sofabed that I'll give away to the first person who wants to lug it away this weekend. I think it's a Remso but I can't remember. It comes with a mattress & cover, but if you've got cat issues, you might want to give it a miss. If you're interested, drop me a line. hazardous waste dispsal

The city doesn't do collections December through March.  Does anyone know where I can safely dispose of some motor oil, wood stain, and a few other things?  Already tried giving them away several times, but no takers.
