More Girl Scout Cookies!

If you have finished your stash of Girl Scout Cookies, or haven't had a chance to stock up yet, this is your opportunity!  My daughter's Somerville Brownie troop will be selling cookies from the office of Wedgewood, Crane & Connolly (19 College Ave, next to the Davis Sq T station)  on Wednesday, Feb 13th from 4:30-6:00.  $4/box.  They make a great Valentine's Day gift!

Thanks to everyone who did make it out to see our show on Saturday night!

Due to schedules of our actors and potential spaces, we will not be offering an additional performance of this production. If you missed our show on Saturday, or want more, there will be a separate production of The Vagina Monologues at The Armory on February 27th and March 1st.

If you were unable to make it to the show and are interested in a refund, you can request one directly from the Somerville Theatre. Please bear in mind that whatever proceeds we do make will go to the V-Day Spotlight Foundation and the Somerville Commission for Women, to support the campaign to stop violence against women and girls in our community and around the world. Thank you for your support for this vital effort and the work of T@F!

Somerville snow emergency to end at 8pm tonight (2/12), Somerville public schools OPEN Wednesday

"The City’s snow emergency will be lifted as of 8:00 P.M. Tuesday (tonight). Residents parked in municipal lots will have until 10:00 P.M. this evening to move their cars in order for plows to clear snow for the lots. Please note that, while parking on the even side of the street will be allowed, there must, by law, be at least 10 feet of passage for emergency vehicles. Residents are asked to be particularly careful on secondary roads that may still be narrow. Any cars potentially impeding access may be subject to ticketing and towing.

Additionally, due to improved conditions citywide, thanks to high temperatures and the ongoing work by DPW crews, Somerville Public Schools WILL be in session on Wednesday, February 13th.
