Letters on parking passes?

I just got a new residential parking sticker and visitor passes, and they have a big "B" on them. Somerville isn't going to districted parking, is it?

We own a two-family and since we're pretty busy and want to be responsive landlords, we are thinking of hiring a property manager to deal with things like repairs in the units. Does anyone have any recommendations for property managers in Somerville? All I have heard so far is that none of them are any good, there must be a good one out there somewhere...
