Property Manager

We own a two-family and since we're pretty busy and want to be responsive landlords, we are thinking of hiring a property manager to deal with things like repairs in the units. Does anyone have any recommendations for property managers in Somerville? All I have heard so far is that none of them are any good, there must be a good one out there somewhere...

The one who our landlord uses is Destiny Property out of Cambridge. They are reasonably responsive, but I don't know what their rates are.
