ron_newmanThe Broadway bridge over the Lowell Line railroad tracks, just east of Ball Square, will be CLOSED to all traffic (car, bike, and pedestrian) from 6 am this Friday, April 10, to 7pm Saturday, April 11. This closure is part of Green Line Extension construction.
For more information and detour routes, see this page. This is going to put a huge amount of traffic onto tiny side streets on both the Somerville and Medford sides.
Anyone know what the plan is for the #80 and #89 buses? The MassDOT pages don't mention these at all.
