Car Wash?

My partner's car was finally returned from his mechanic after almost two years off the road. It's filthy, and he's trying to find a car wash that actually scrubs with rags rather than just spraying the car with jets of water.

Can anyone recommend a scrubbing car wash in the area?

Sometime on Saturday, while I was wandering SOS between Broadway and Highland, College and Ceder, my Misfit Flash - a device not unlike a Fitbit in purpose - and set up as the one on the right in this picture - http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0208/5970/products/01_flash_sportband_clasp_wave_large.jpg?v=1411650956 - fell from my belt.
